Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received before 3:00 pm PST are processed the same day and shipped depending on availability. If a product is not available or is in back order we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Shipping & Handling fees are generally flat rate and the customer can decide on shipping methods on checkout before finalizing the order.

Most order in the United States are shipped standard delivery (3-5 business days) via UPS or USPS. Shipments to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are primarily shipped via USPS.

Additional shipping charges may apply to heavier or bulk orders.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items except Diabetic Test Strips. All Sales are final on those items. Merchandise returned for refund within the 30 day period is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Customers considering a return must call 877-600-2373 or email us at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must contain a RMA number in order to qualify for a refund. Any returns we receive without a RMA number will be returned and no credit will be issued. RMA numbers are valid 30 days from the date of issuance.

Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with original boxes and packing materials. Products that are unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in complete condition.
